In July 2000, a modern deboning plant, a packing room, storerooms and a dispatch room for cooled beef and pork were put in operation. The receiving and dispatch rooms can hold up to 70 tons of meat. The hourly processing capacity of the deboning plant is about 3,5 tons.

The cooling, measuring and temperature recording systems and the system of critical control points (HACCP) guarantee the high-quality output. The plant is completely ready for exporting to EU countries.
